As I was checking the weather report, it started hailing. A burst of sunshine immediately followed, evaporating the fallen hail in an instant. Snow showers possible tomorrow.

This is some weather pattern, we went from shorts to winter coat just like that.
Crazy seems to be the new normal!
We had it here in Concord, too. Weird. Fortunately, it was small in size and the storm was brief. No harm done.

Scary to think how widespread a hailstorm can be.
The pellets were so tiny I couldn’t decide if it was hail or sleet, but it sure took me by surprise. Thanks for the snow warning. I’m ready….
I thought it was sleet also, but then the sound changed, catching my attention.
In the last few years we’ve had some hailstorms with monster stones, playing havoc with the garden and peoples cars. The insurance industry must hate it.
The idea of being pelleted by the hail made me hesitate to go outside and take a photograph, and shudder to think what larger hail would be like.
Wow what a change!-those poor new plants just starting to emerge…
Fortunately, most everything is still covered!
