I spent the weekend attending a workshop on “Breakfast Breads and Pastry” with Chef Ciril Hitz, hosted by the Stone Turtle Baking and Cooking School in Lyman, Maine. The hands-on class was fast paced, and the amount of baked goods we produced was staggering.
